There was a man that arrived at an office before 12:45 and was not picked up til after 5:00pm. When we called the company they said they had to go to Beaumont then to Orange and then they could pick the patient up which make no sense because the office is right in the middle of the route. Then we called a third time & the dispatch said the driver was getting gas. On the fourth call the receptionist asked why the poor man had to wait so long for a ride and was told that they had 18 patient to pick up and drop off and that they would be to the office in 20 min but took longer than 45 minutes!! WORST SERVICE EVER DON'T USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
